A
new event was added to the Monday evening activities. The SEHA Shoot
Out. The top 16 attending handicapped players were paired together
into 8 two man teams. All eight teams started on the first hole tee
and played alternate shot format through the green. Each team member
also had to alternate tee shots as well. The first cut of two teams
took place at the end of the second hole where a chip off from the 100
yard marker was held. The second cut of two teams was conducted at the
third hole. The final cut of two teams took place at the fourth hole.
With only two teams remaining - Keith Saine & Henry Lipscomb verses
John Peterson & Randy Holland tensions were running high
as the two teams battled to the final putt. Congratulations to Randy
Holland & John Peterson, winners of the 1st Annual SEHA Shoot
Out.
